Access
1. Get firefox.
2. Get webdeveloper
3. Reboot firefox
4. Hit Ctrl+Shift+E or click on CSS, Then Edit CSS in WD to see and play with your CSS live.
Adjust
1. Once you're happy with your CSS, copy it.
2. Goto your site manager.
3. Goto Appearances / Themes.
4. Note the theme you are using.
5. Goto Appearances / Custom Themes.
6. Base your custom theme off the one you saw in 'Themes'
7. Paste code into box, save.
8. Eat tacos, build laser gun.
